60. MEXICO (Republic). LAWS (December 30, 1836). [Decree dividing the country into as many Departments as there formerly were States, separating Coahuila from Texas and authorizing the central government to locate the capital of Texas where most convenient when order is re-established there]. [Toluca, January 5, 1837]. Very fine.
